We were situated with the website on a hosting that latest days had lots of issues. We've called them many times and ask for questions and they finally answered that they have issues with current server and they technicians are working to solve them, but there's no time frame when. We could not wait any longer so we decided to buy a total separate mini server only for website. Now as everyone's notice, website loads faster and we should not have any issues anymore.
